Job Summary Hours: 24 per week We are looking for a Respiratory Sleep Services Administrator to effectively manage the day to day administration needs of the Respiratory sleep services team. You will support the clinical nursing team with regard to clinic delivery including explaining equipment storage, maintenance and cleaning and minor trouble shooting. You will have experience in setting up and supporting sleep clinics and CPAP clinics and experience in dealing with members of the public. This will be based over 2 locations West Swindon health Centre ( Community Diagnostic Centre CDC and Moredon Medical Centre and occasionally at GWH Main duties of the job Manage and review sleep administrative systems and processes to ensure best use of resources and efficient running of department within the Great Western Hospital. Manage telephone enquiries including appointment queries and with regard to equipment issue and management. Support patients chasing results and next steps. Act as the conduit between patients and the clinical teams Liaise with internal departments and wards. Liaise with GP surgeries. Booking of Inpatient requests, delivering prescribed equipment to the wards and then demonstrating how to effectively use the equipment.
