Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager to assist and look after the drainage package on a housing development in Winsford starting shortly!
What you'll do as a Freelance Assistant Site Manager:
Assist in overseeeing day-to-day delivery of the groundworks/drainage package, ensuring progress in line with programme.
Ensure project is completed in line with standards
Lead and co-ordinate drainage subcontractors, plant, and labour resources
Support Site Manager in managing traffic routes, material deliveries and site logistics
Conduct regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Act as point of contact for subcontractors
Conduct daily site inspections
Track work and report into Site Manager daily
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
Experience in housing/drainage works
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid - Not essential
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Civils/Groundworks background
UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay + Benefits
Day rate
£220 to £250 per day
Weekly pay on a Friday
