The Company
This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.
The Role
You will be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating products from concept to launch. Your understanding of customer needs will help create concepts that match briefs and incorporate new trends. You will prepare costings to ensure products are within budget and work with internal teams to certify products meet quality standards. Monitoring competitors and conducting market reviews will help identify development opportunities to contribute to the company's success.
The Person
Suitable for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, looking to develop NPD and customer management skills in the chilled sector. Proven experience developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential for working closely with internal teams.
