Role Responsibilities
* Preparing and assisting in creating dishes using local produce.
* Working directly under the Chef de Partie.
* Assisting the team in your section to ensure high standards of product quality.
* Collaborating with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
* Food Hygiene Certifications.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Flexible attitude and good communication skills.
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
* Passion for the industry and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles.
