As a Senior Journalist, you’ll produce multiple live streams and help lead the team in our Streaming Control Centre, using audience data to drive compelling storytelling across the BBC's platforms. * Willingness to work inside a data-led, multi-disciplinary team, in an agile, constantly developing and adapting environment.
* Demonstrable experience of being a team player, actively motivating colleagues and working with a variety of teams, consistently upholding data-driven decision-making to deliver high quality output.
* Capability to juggle competing demands and experience dealing with a constantly changing news agenda and priorities.
