We’re hiring a Business Support Administrator to join our team at Zeta Compliance Services, a leading Water Treatment/Water Hygiene service provider with the key objective of providing exceptional, proactive support to our internal teams and external customers in a timely manner. The role will see you supporting our various operational teams, so there’s lots of variety to get your teeth stuck into.

What you receive for joining us:

We’re offering a salary of £24,000 to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a strong package designed to support you both in and out of work, as well as access to private healthcare. We also provide an employee assistance programme, including a 24/7 mental health helpline, to support your wellbeing. You’ll work a Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.00pm and benefit from annual leave that increases by 2 days every two years of service, plus bank holidays.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

Managing customer portals for reports/documents, booking engineer appointments, processing client orders, answering calls/emails, and acting as an ambassador internally and externally
Producing reports, providing required information, creating/purchasing orders for materials/equipment, reviewing job costs, and supporting internal customers
Assisting with building management requirements (e.g., renewal dates), managing shared responsibilities, and specialising/owning an area of Business Support as required
Complying with Health & Safety policy, ensuring safe working practices, taking responsibility for discipline in the work area, and reporting accidents/near missesCan you show experience in some of these areas:

Experienced in Microsoft tools, including Excel, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with internal and external customers, and a strong team player with problem-solving ability
Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritise tasks and meet demanding deadlines in a busy working environment
