A boutique, well-regarded law firm in central Manchester is seeking an NQ Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative environment with exposure to a wide range of property work.
The Role
You will be joining a small but highly experienced team handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. The role offers hands-on experience and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers, building expertise across the full spectrum of real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting on commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, correspondence, and supporting documentation
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
* Supporting senior fee earners on more complex transactions
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
* Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with experience in property law, either through training contract or secondments
* Strong interest in developing a career in commercial and residential real estate
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a close-knit team
