BPC ventilation are searching for a talented customer services manager to join our rapidly growing company. If you excel at delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving operational excellence, this is your moment.
What You'll Be Doing
· Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from customers
· Updating customers by email and phone and answering queries
· Organising deliveries and collections
· Using and updating the CRM
· Helping other departments if time allows
Qualifications / Experience:
* experience in a customer support or help desk role preferred but not essential
* High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and MS Word
* Experience on operating CRM systems
