Job Description The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. Animation and Rigging: Emote VR Voicer project The main purpose of this role is to create flexible rigs for existing organic non-humanoid 3D assets and animate them to express particular emotions following specific instructions and feedback. The successful applicant will also be required to support minor model adjustments to prepare assets for rigging. The animations will be used in a VR art game that aims to help people express their emotions using their voice. You will be working closely with the project lead Dr. Adinda van 't Klooster and the wider project team. Please include a link to your portfolio. Applicants must include a portfolio showcasing relevant rigging and animation work. Key Tasks Create flexible rigs for organic 3D models in Maya Animate the models to express specific emotions through body language, morphology and movement, based on reference and creative direction.
