Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
A friendly and well-regarded nursery in Standish is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to become part of their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nurturing environment that champions curiosity, creativity, and child-led exploration.
Key Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
* Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Previous experience within a nursery or early years environment.
* A caring, enthusiastic, and professional attitude towards supporting young children’s learning.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
* Provide exceptional care and build trusting relationships with children and families.
* Work alongside colleagues to create a safe, inclusive setting.
