Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting in the Channel Marketing team for a Distribution Marketing role. Working closely with the Distribution Channel Account Management team, alongside our Key Distributors in support of sales and channel partners to build and deliver marketing plans and programs that drive growth within our mutual businesses. Working alongside our Distribution Partners to develop and execute strategic marketing plans,. This person needs to have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage and prioritize key projects, ensuing that Zebra and our Distributors plans are aligned and delivered. Being able to track and report to key internal stakeholders on the progress of activities is also a key aspect to the role. Responsibilities: Identify the most effective and efficient marketing solution to address challenge (i.e. create and execute targeted campaigns, field events, executive programs, tradeshows, customer references, industry association events and telemarketing) Accelerate go-to-market execution and close partner marketing capabilities gap. Proactively and consultatively suggest potential marketing approaches to grow and accelerate revenue generation; Facilitate better decision making together with the relevant stakeholders Collaborate with peers in the broader marketing organization to ensure a level of consistency is maintained with all market-facing activities Work with Distribution Partners to execute current promotions, product releases and programs as needed Optimize and align investments with best-practices; Monitor and report performance metrics Contribute to regional and global marketing strategy development to ensure alignment and readiness Monitor, measure and report plan performance against objectives to determine ROI Design, develop and execute marketing and enablement plans for targeted partners Present an overview/status of the activities they are driving and the results they are achieving at a quarterly business review Develop comprehensive regional GTM marketing plan with clear goals/objectives Marketing performance reporting and quarterly review Business alignment with product/business unit stakeholders Qualifications: We are looking for a Channel advocate, somebody who understands the Channel and is a Channel Champion both internally and externally representing Zebra and our Distributors. This person will have had experience within the B2B Marketing space, with Distribution or Channel experience a plus. Strong organisation and prioritising skills will help you to succeed in driving decisions and delivering results on short timelines. A BA/BS degree in relatable field would be an advantage.
