Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
Salary From: £26.5k to £30k per annum
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
Reporting to: Management Accountant
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our clients growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business.

Skills & Experience
* We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with numbers and financial data
* Able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
* A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues
* Proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the wider team
Essential Requirements
* AAT Level 3 qualified (or above), or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
* Good understanding of CIS processes and subcontractor payments
This job is commutable from the following areas, Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
