We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of specialist SEN schools across Canterbury who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis. These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.
The Role: SEN Teacher
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress reviews.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
Previous SEN teaching experience is highly desirable.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
