About our Onboarding Team
The Onboarding Advisor role is based within Onboarding in our Volume Claims Department, handling calls from customers who want to make a personal injury claim following a non-fault road traffic accident.
Our customers are insured with one of our partner brands. Following the accident the customer will call their insurer who will then transfer the customer to the Onboarding department within Volume Claims to create and submit their personal injury claim
What you’ll be working on
You will be responsible for all client contacts on inbound and outbound calls within claims services. This role is inclusive of providing our clients advice, information and client support through the entire portal claims process and will involve liaison with several third parties and associated suppliers
Your day-to-day
1. Contacting clients within agreed service levels to provide advice and information on the claim’s procedure and Minster Law’s Services
2. Obtain all relevant information from new clients ensuring these details are entered correctly and accurately to allow claims to progress.
3. Accurately assess claims for both liability and injury and prepare for submission.
4. Arrange medical appointments for clients with agreed providers.
5. Provide an excellent level of customer care, ensuring that the right customer and business outcome is optimised and achieved.

8. experience working in a fast paced, customer focused and target driven environment.
9. excellent time management skills and attention to detail
10. the ability to remain objective when dealing with individuals and demonstrate empathy
