Private Client Paralegal/Legal Assistant – Lewes (East Sussex) An established and reputable private practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its close-knit team. The Role: You will support Fee Earners across a range of private client matters, including: Drafting and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Assisting with probate applications and estate administration Liaising with clients, executors and external stakeholders Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate case records Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations Your Profile: My client is looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a Private Client department, ideally within a smaller high street or regional firm Demonstrates a compassionate, professional manner when dealing with sensitive matters Possesses excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication Is confident using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office Additional Information: This is a full-time, office-based position offering exposure to a broad range of private client work.
