Mental Health Social Worker Enfield

Position: Mental Health Social Worker –
Location: Enfield Councl
Contract Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: £25.78 per hour PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or £33.50 per hour inclucive of holiday pay
Candidate Responsibilities:
As a Mental Health Social Worker your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health needs
* Developing, implementing, and reviewing individual care plans
* Offering direct support and counseling to clients with mental health challenges
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
* Advocating for clients to access appropriate services and resources
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with organizational policies
* Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to promote ongoing professional development
* Ensuring all interventions are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and ethical standards
