Expectations
* 12+ months of experience in recruitment or proactive sales
* Confidence to thrive in a high-caliber, fast-paced industry
* Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent negotiation skills and a professional approach to client relations
* Strong mathematical capabilities for managing deals and commissions
* Eloquent phone manner and the ability to build rapport with senior-level candidates and clients
Role Responsibilities
* Sourcing niche, high-caliber candidates for permanent vacancies within the pharmaceutical sector
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final placement
* Developing business relationships with emerging and niche companies in the pharmaceutical industry
