Junior National Account Manager
Nottingham - 4 days in office
£45,000 + bonus
We’re looking for someone sharp, ambitious, and hungry to grow. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership on national accounts while also managing your own portfolio of mid-tier customers.
It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and you’ll be trusted to get stuck in from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Sales Director and CCO on key accounts
* Putting together slick presentations (PowerPoint game strong)
* Managing meetings, follow-ups, and sales documentation
* Owning and growing your own set of mid-tier accounts
* Using AI tools and data to bring clarity, speed, and impact to how we work
What we’re after:
* Confident communicator who’s good in a room and even better with follow-through
* Solid with Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with AI tools
* Detail-focused, but commercially minded
* Someone who wants to move up fast — and isn’t afraid to push for it
You don’t need a huge amount of experience — just the right mindset and some basic commercial grounding.
