Key responsibilities
1. Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
2. Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
3. Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
4. Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
5. Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
6. Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
7. Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
8. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
9. Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
10. Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
11. A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

13. A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Need To Know
We are seeking a store-based Pharmacist to join our fantastic team in Henley On Thames
The store is based within a pitcturesque town situated in Oxfordshire along the River Thames. Most Thursdays there is a lovely market to browse during your lunch break and various events throughout the year, like the annual Regatta.
You will be joining three other part time store based pharmacists and a team of four Dispensers to support you within your role. You will work alongside a strong retail management team and have the support of a dedicated Area Manager and Director of Stores.
The store itself is a busy small to medium sized store with an established team. The pharmacy offers core NHS services and private flu jabs.
With the right pharmacist in place, the pharmacy business is due to grow as Boots is the most trusted pharmacy within the area.
