This position sits within the People team. We are flexible on the location of this role. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders, helping to shape a positive employee experience and drive organisational success through people-focused initiatives. The Job Reporting to the Director, People, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: Partner with Executive Directors to understand team goals and align people strategies accordingly Provide coaching and guidance on all elements of the employee experience including culture, talent, performance management, employee relations, and team development Support organisational change, team effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Inclusion teams to support hiring, onboarding, and development programs Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement Champion organisational culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in daily practices Support resolution of complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness Support the implementation of people policies, processes, and compliance requirements. The Person We’re looking for someone who has: Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people and culture CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools.
