What will your day look like
* Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues across the country
* Reviewing policies to correctly determine if a claim is covered and how to progress insurance claims
* Ensuring the policyholder is kept informed on progress of their claim by composing informative letters and other written correspondence
* Reviewing data to set up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systems
* Issuing payments to policyholders as well as arranging settlements and invoice payments where necessary
* Ensuring claims are updated with any changes on the internal system
* Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
* Contributing to team, division and wider business growth and development
Abilities and Knowledge

* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with great attention to detail
