As an SQSyou’ll take a leading role in managing the commercial performance of the project, ensuring robust cost control and reporting. This is a client-facing position within a busy infrastructure environment delivering upgrades to road structures, bus stops, and active travel routes. What you will need:* Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.* Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or major infrastructure projects.* Strong experience administering NEC contracts, ideally Option C (Target Cost).* Ability to lead commercial reporting and manage client-facing applications.* Experience leading or mentoring junior commercial staff within a project environment.* £61,000 – £68,000 salary depending on experience.* Company car or £4,700 car allowance.* A key leadership role within the commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project.* Plenty of opportunities to grow your career and develop within the company.
