Looking for a role where you can genuinely shape growth rather than inherit a patch?

We're partnering with an ambitious, independent coffee business that's building a strong reputation across the UK. With a premium product range, entrepreneurial culture and exciting growth plans, they're now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion across Travel, Airline Catering and Contract Catering channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on opening doors, winning new business and building strategic partnerships with some of the UK's most influential foodservice and travel operators.


The Role

You’ll take ownership of driving new business growth across contract catering, hospitality, travel and airline sectors, identifying opportunities, managing complex tenders and securing long-term commercial partnerships.


Key responsibilities include:

* Developing new business opportunities across Contract Catering, Travel, Airline and Hospitality channels
* Managing tender submissions and commercial proposals from end-to-end
* Building relationships with key procurement and commercial stakeholders
* Securing new airline and travel catering listings
* Negotiating commercial agreements and long-term supply partnerships
* Managing and developing strategic customer relationships
* Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities


About You

We're looking for a commercially astute business developer who understands how to navigate large organisations and convert opportunities into long-term revenue growth.


You would ideally bring:

* Proven success winning new business within foodservice, hospitality, travel or contract catering
* Experience managing complex tender processes and commercial negotiations
* A strong network across the sector with existing customer relationships
* The ability to engage senior stakeholders and procurement teams
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
* Experience working with organisations such as Compass, Sodexo, SSP, Gate Gourmet, Bidfood, Brakes or similar would be highly advantageous.
