As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences — keeping lessons on track, supporting students, and ensuring a positive classroom atmosphere. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, productive environment. Supporting students with learning tasks and questions. Being dependable, punctual, and communicative with both schools and Teaching Personnel. What We're Looking For A degree in any subject. Experience working with young people (school, youth work, tutoring, coaching, etc.) – preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
