This 12-month full time training post combines training with clinical practice and weekly supervision on a fully funded Postgraduate Diploma course. Once qualified you will be supported to deliver some element of Cognitive Behaviour therapy as part of your role where this fits with service requirements.

Qualifications
Essential
* Core profession Registered Nurse / Social Worker / Occupational therapist and evidence of study at Degree level (level 6) and professional registration. AND/OR BACP registered Professional

* Relevant degree qualification
Knowledge
Essential
* Experience of Assessment and care planning skills, risk assessment and risk management for CYPs with mental health needs.

* Knowledge of the functional operation of specialist CAMHS teams
* Low intensity interventions for low mood, worry/anxiety
* Working knowledge of the whole school approach to mental health
