About the role:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple regions, including the UK, India, and the USA. You will collaborate with and help manage the Operations team to optimize processes and support our global growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on role working closely with the COO, offering exciting challenges to expand your experience in global business operations. The position can be based in our Berkshire office, hybrid, or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day operational management across the Operations team, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Office Management.
2. Lead, manage, and develop the team to foster a high-performance culture.
3. Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring global compliance.
5. Act as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
6. Work with Finance to oversee budgets and operational costs.
7. Develop and execute strategic plans with Senior Leadership.
8. Step in for the COO when required, making key decisions in their absence.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years in operational leadership, preferably in a global environment.
2. Expert knowledge of UK legislation and operational processes; familiarity with India and US regulations is a plus.
3. Proven leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
8. Self-starter with a detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic.
