We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Expert who can take this Head of Marketing role and make a discernible difference to the team and to our clients next phase of their brand marketing and campaign development.
This is a high impact role for a high impact person.
You will have solid experience in the FMCG sector and be capable of bringing your expertise to not just the UK marketplace but both the European and International markets too.
You will lead a broad and capable in-house marketing function, responsible for brand, campaigns, content, trade and channel marketing across both B2B and B2C audiences. Youll also manage team members across multiple locations, including remote reports, so experience with leading dispersed teams is essential.
YOUR KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy in line with business goals
Lead, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team across multiple sites
Ensure all marketing activity complies with advertising and industry regulations (CAP, ASA, MHRA etc.)
Oversee brand positioning, campaign planning, content creation and trade marketing
Support product launches and market expansion in the UK and internationally
Collaborate with Sales, Product and E-Commerce to ensure message alignment and impact
