My client, a leading UK organisation, are looking for a Credit Controller to join customer service team based-in Lincoln, though there is opportunity to also work out of the Norfolk, Bedfordshire or Yorkshire. The successful Credit Controller / Finance Assistant will have excellent customer service skills and be a personable individual with strong attention to detail. As the successful Credit Controller / Finance Assistant you will undergo a range of duties including but not limited to:
* Credit management & annual credit limit reviews
* Cash collection
* Maintaining customer queries
* Escalation of debt collection

What’s Required?
To be successful within this Credit Controller / Finance Assistant role, you will be someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge, and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a great communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, but as well as this, will have the following skills/experience:
* Prior commercial experience in a customer service / Office admin type role
* Sound IT literacy skills with experience using a range of MS tools i.e. Word, Excel etc.
* Experience conducting financial tasks such as invoicing, cash collection or credit control would be highly desirable but a willingness to learn is key
