About the role
Lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and surpass performance goals while building a team that exceeds standards. Own the numbers, the atmosphere, and the experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a space where both guests and staff thrive.
What will you do?
* Lead decisively. Take full ownership of the restaurant — drive performance, meet goals, and set the vibe.
* Build a strong team. Train, coach, and motivate your team to raise the standard.
* Achieve targets. Own your KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
* Maintain operations. Oversee admin tasks like rosters, stock, and reporting to ensure smooth running behind the scenes.
* Create memorable guest experiences. Turn first-timers into regulars by creating unique moments.
