Role Overview

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Head Office. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our leadership team.

The Group Fleet and Business Sales Manager will be expected to achieve all sales objectives by maximising opportunities with every customer. Build close relationships with key customers to ensure objectives are achieved and customer satisfaction is high. Comply with the all Group processes regarding credit lines, invoicing, Margin retention and stock control. Ensure that all correct information is in place to allow for accurate and timely completion of administration and operational tasks, complying at all times with Company reporting and other policies. Strive to be the reference in the delivery of outstanding personal and professional conduct.

In this role you will also:

* Achieve, and strive to exceed, all sales objectives, by managing a highly professional, motivated and efficient sales team.
* Work closely with B2B Sales Teams to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
* Work effectively within the B2B Sales team, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
* Work effectively with Group B2B Admin & Logistics Manager to ensure vehicles are ordered and delivered in a timely fashion with all debts managed and controlled
* Work effectively with The NSC Fleet Teams to ensure objectives on all sides are achieved
* Ensure all FCA regulations are adhered to at all times.
* Accurately forecast departmental sales to both Stellantis &You and NSC
* Ensure all vehicles are supplied to Fleet users within the company pricing structure

Let’s Work together:

* Required experience: Automotive Fleet Sales and Management Experience essential. Proven track record in Sales is essential
* Technical Skills and Personal characteristics: Excel Intermediate is essential. PowerPoint knowledge is an advantage. Leadership, Control, Calm under pressure, Negotiation skills and strong communication skills are all essential
