Your day-to-day duties will be to: Lead and support reviews of specific risk assessments Administer near miss reporting and support investigations in line with company SOPs, including maintaining tracking systems and records Conduct field safety tours, gemba walks, inspections and audits, supporting KPI delivery and monitoring Deliver risk assessment training and toolbox talks (TBTs) Support the HSE Coordinator with development and continuous improvement of the HSE management system in preparation for ISO 45001 Support incident, accident and loss of containment investigations using recognised methodologies Produce and maintain HSE performance metrics, including leading and lagging KPI dashboards Apply relevant HSE guidance and standards within operational environmentsTo be successful in this H&S role, you will hold a CITB SMSTS or NEBOSH National General Certificate with relevant professional body memb...
