Offer description

Part-time: up to 6 hours per month, alternate Wednesday evenings

Salary: £11.75 per hour (including holiday entitlement)

Location: Bedford

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our services. The ideal candidate should possess NVQ Level 2/3 or an equivalent qualification in health, education, childcare, or social care. Strong communication and organisational skills are crucial for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning sessions
* Managing a small team of staff
* Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

You will collaborate closely with the Children’s Services team to maintain and enhance exceptional service delivery for our current and future families.

About you

* Experience of Health/Education/Social Care Roles.
* Experience of Managing Challenging Behaviour.
* Knowledge of Autism.
* Knowledge of Asperger’s Syndrome.
* GCSEs or Equivalent Qualifications.
* Health/Education/Social Care Qualifications (Level 3).

* Scheduling and planning activities
* Supporting excellent service delivery for our existing and future families
* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
* Managing and assisting Support Workers and volunteers
* Handling First Aid and accident reporting
* Implementing Fire and Emergency procedures
* Supporting and promoting Safeguarding initiatives
* Performing administrative tasks and other related duties
