This role is required to support Respiratory on-call rota. Main duties of the job To enable Physiotherapy to provide Therapy Skills within the inpatient service To ensure safe, efficient and effective delivery of patient focussed care in line with identified evidence based practice, local and national standards To work collaboratively within Multidisciplinary and Multi-agency Teams To participate in delegated projects for service development with the team To act autonomously in the assessment and treatment of patients within the speciality who may have a complex presentation To demonstrate a flexible approach to working in support of the whole in patient/outpatient team To undertake weekend working as required within service developments To be available to provide Clinical Supervision This role entails 80% Clinical Contact and 20% Operational Management as appropriate within team requirements To guide Band 5 and support staff in the management and delivery of therapeutic care plans About us Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.
