HR Business Partner - Commercial & FinanceReporting to: HR Director - MMIContract: 9-12 month Fixed-Term Contract / SecondmentLocation: This role can be based out of any of our MMI sites: Bellshill, Bridgwater, Droitwich, Manchester, Market Drayton, Severnside or Skelmersdale, with travel across sites as needed.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR leadership team. This role partners closely with Corporate Functional Directors and senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans that support performance, engagement and long-term sustainability.You will play a key role in shaping organisational design, leading change programmes and acting as a trusted coach to leadership teams.
