Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Compliance Customer Co-ordinator on a 12-month fixed term basis. You ll join our Compliance team to own and co-ordinate compliance access issues and escalation activity across gas, electrical, fire safety, and asbestos services. Customer safety is paramount and you ll have a key role in maintaining our regulatory responsibilities. This is a roam role, so you ll work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, as well as from working home and completing visits in customers homes. We ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required. Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave Key Responsibilities: Proactively resolve property access issues and compliance risks. You ll ensure risks are actively managed and vulnerable customers are supported effectively. Provide oversight of escalations, legal processes and access management across multiple compliance areas. Engage with customers to help reduce repeat visits and resolve high-risk cases. Support administrative processes for internal and external legal compliance escalations. You ll prepare and organise documentation for internal escalation processes, witness statements and injunction applications. Collaborate with teams across housing, repairs, legal, and customer to address property access issues. Maintain accurate compliance records and track compliance monitoring, including access attempts, risk assessments, and escalation stages within systems. About You: You ll have experience within a customer service role, with an awareness of tracking and monitoring risks and outcomes. It would be a bonus if you have experience and an understanding of working within a repairs and maintenance service. An excellent communicator ad able to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders Great influencing and negotiation skills. Confident using a range of IT systems and media platforms.
