We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at St Brides Spa Hotel, overlooking the stunning Saundersfoot Bay. If you love working with fresh ingredients, leading a team, and creating memorable dining experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.
We're after someone who's confident in the kitchen and ready to take the next step.
Qualifications
* A relevant culinary qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* At least 3 years' experience in a quality hotel or restaurant (AA Rosette standard preferred)
* Experience leading a team of 8 or more kitchen staff
* A good understanding of HACCP and food safety
* Skills in menu planning and costing
* Food Hygiene Level 2
