We’re looking for an Office Administrator (Construction) to join our on-site team in Chertsey, Surrey. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of site operations through accurate administration, strong organisation, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all site documentation, drawings, and records. Carry out accurate data entry and maintain filing systems (digital and paper). Provide general administrative support to the site management team. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate deliveries and logistics. Support with timesheets, purchase orders, and reporting. Keep health and safety documentation up to date and compliant. Act as the key link between the site team and head office.What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Confident IT user (Microsoft Office, document control systems). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
