The Role
Reporting into an Asset Management Director, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role with responsibility for a varied portfolio.
You will be responsible for developing and executing asset-level business plans, driving value through leasing strategies, active management and identifying asset enhancement opportunities. The role offers exposure to both stabilised assets and more complex, value-add situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and execution of asset business plans
* Driving leasing activity and managing external agents to reduce vacancy
* Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives (refurbishment, repositioning, income enhancement)
* Oversight of property managers and professional advisors
* Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
* Budgeting, reporting and performance analysis across the portfolio
* Supporting sustainability initiatives in line with fund strategy
Requirements
* Proven asset management experience within UK real estate
* Expertise within UK Industrial and / or Office properties
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of property fundamentals
* Experience managing agents, advisors and leasing teams
* Financially and analytically strong, with solid reporting capability
