Contract: Fixed term until 30/09/26
Position: Senior Administrator Assistant
Responsible for supporting the Project Director / Manager / Principal Investigator as part of a project team with the administration of projects at the university. Covers a diverse range of administrative functions including project plans, stakeholder engagement, budgets, monitoring, reporting, data input and administrative support at different stages: implementation, planning, delivery and project closure.
Responsibilities
* Project Administration/Coordination – support management of EPSRC projects through administrative responsibilities, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality.
* Planning, Monitoring and Reporting – administer project plans, schedules and budgets; control documentation; generate reports to sponsors, funders and stakeholders; handle financial administration and audit requirements.
* Communications and Stakeholder Administration – organise project meetings/committees, prepare documentation, circulate agendas, record minutes, decisions and follow‑up.
* Data Analysis – gather, analyse and interpret financial and other data from internal/external sources; generate reports and audit documentation.
* Risk and Issues Management – provide administrative support to manage project risks and issues.
* Outreach – assist with website and social media updates.
