Our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, is seeking a Site Agent/Sub Agent to support the delivery of a range of infrastructure projects in London.
Responsibilities of Site Agent/Sub Agent:
1. Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure successful project delivery
2. Lead or support delivery teams including Engineers, Foremen and Sub Agents
3. Develop and manage project programmes, including short-term lookaheads
4. Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time and defect-free
5. Interpret drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
6. Produce and implement key documentation including RAMS, ITPs and project plans
7. Maintain accurate site records, reports and as-built information
8. Act as the main site representative, liaising with clients and stakeholders
9. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
10. Ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded
11. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full HSEQ compliance
12. Manage subcontractors and ensure all personnel are competent and inducted
13. Ensure inspections, audits and quality checks are completed and recorded
14. Deliver works in line with environmental and quality standards
