The purpose of the role is to support the Relationship Manager and be the secondary communication link between SBF and a portfolio of clients ensuring clients receive a satisfactory level of service and to protect the integrity of the SBF investment. Resolving client queries and solving problems. Providing support to clients, ensuring that the client gets the maximum benefit from our products leading to increased satisfaction and client longevity. Assisting with the onboarding of clients. Maintaining accurate client records. Collecting key information from clients, such as financials. Assisting with collections, soundings, verifications and payment requests. General risk management to protect the integrity of SBF investments. To develop skills, there will opportunities to attend client meetings (onboarding, relationship building and risk management).
