About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Producer to take ownership of how Claude & Co is brought to life across every touchpoint. You will lead the execution of creative across photo and video campaigns, product storytelling, wholesale, retail, events, and brand materials. From the largest campaign to the smallest printed asset, you will ensure everything aligns with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Plan and produce all brand shoots from concept to delivery, building clear shot lists, run‑of‑day schedules, and full asset coverage.
* Style looks with a strong understanding of proportion, product, and restraint; sign off creative concepts and styling with the creative director.
* Work closely with the product team to select pieces and ensure all samples, sizes, and combinations are ready.
* Source and manage models, photographers, locations, and creative partners; lead pre‑production to avoid reactive issues.
* Run shoots calmly and ensure everything is delivered as intended; file and communicate imagery and assets across departments.
* Take ownership of creative execution across all brand output—including website imagery, email and campaign assets, wholesale materials, line sheets, printed assets such as postcards and packaging, and in‑store touchpoints.
* Plan and deliver brand experiences such as pop‑ups, launches, and events; support wholesale and retail environments and coordinate visual merchandising.
* Hold timelines across product, marketing, and creative; manage multiple projects with clarity and calmness.
* Review and sense‑check all outputs before they go live; protect the integrity of the brand as it grows.
* Support collaborations, partnerships, and PR moments; ensure all external brand moments feel aligned and not forced.

* Strong eye for styling and visual composition.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
