Position:

About the Role:

Are you a people person with a knack for organization and a welcoming smile? We’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our company. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a positive and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
* Handle mail and deliveries
* Manage meeting room bookings and appointments
* Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Support other departments with clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
* A proactive and helpful attitude
* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
