Speech and Language Therapist requirements: · Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification (HCPC registration desirable) · Experience working with children in an educational setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) · Knowledge of a range of communication difficulties including speech sound disorders, language delay, ASD and social communication needs · Excellent communication, teamwork and record-keeping skills · Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group interventions · Passionate about inclusive education and empowering children to reach their full potential The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: · Deliver targeted therapy sessions for pupils with identified speech, language and communication needs · Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to implement personalised strategies · Support classroom staff to embed communication-friendly approaches · Monitor progress and adapt intervention plans accordingly Application If you’re an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who wants to make a tangible impact on children’s communication, confidence and learning, we’d love to hear from you.
