Job Description
3. Lead the preparation and consolidation of management accounts, financial reports, and analysis for central and divisional teams.
4. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
5. Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business strategy.
6. Manage and develop a small team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
7. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
9. Collaborate closely with operational teams to understand business drivers and support commercial decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an ambitious and driven qualified accountant with management experience, hands on when required but able to work with senior business stakeholders, presenting complex data and supporting profitable decision making
What's on Offer
£65-70k plus car allowance, bonus and generous pension contribution.Hybrid working is on offer with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely and the remaining 3 based out of South Derbyshire offices
