As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the tendering process for RC frame and groundwork packages, producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates. Youll play a key role in securing new projects and shaping bid strategy, working closely with pre-construction and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for RC frame and groundwork projects
* Review drawings, specifications, and structural information to develop robust pricing
* Manage the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission
* Liaise with engineers, clients, and supply chain partners to obtain competitive and compliant quotations
* Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
* Develop and present cost plans, budgets, and bid strategies
* Support successful project handover to delivery and commercial teams
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within RC frame and groundwork packages
* Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures and associated trades
* Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
* Strong communication and negotiation xsngvjr abilities
* Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
