WORKING PATTERN

You’lljoin theRewards & Loyaltyteam at an exciting time, as we continue to build amarket-leading, whole-of-bank rewards propositionthat recognises and rewards customers for their overall relationship with Lloyds Banking Group.
As aSenior Manager,you’llcollaborate across Productteams,Digital delivery, Data, Channel,Segmentsand Marketingto shape and deliver compelling reward propositions that resonate with customers and deliver clear commercial value. This is a highly collaborative role, focused on bringing together diverse parts of the business to createjoined-up, customer-centric experiencesthat deliver tangible commercial value for thebusiness.You’llbalance creativity with commercial rigour, ensuring reward concepts arefeasible, scalable and deliver against both customer and businessobjectives.

Whatwe’relooking for
Essential experience and capabilities
1. 7+ years’ experiencein customer propositions, rewards, loyalty, commercialstrategyor a related role
2. Strongcommercial and business acumen, with the ability to assess value,trade-offsand return on investment
3. Proven experienceworking across multiple teamsto deliver complex, crosscutting initiatives
4. Ability to shape and delivercustomer-centricpropositionsthat balance experience, commerciality,riskand feasibility
5. Strongrelationship management and influencing skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders
6. Clear and effective communication skills, able to articulate value and opportunity to a wide range of audiences
And any experience of these would be great
7. Experience working infinancial services or other regulated environments
8. Background inrewards, loyalty,propositionsor customer experience
9. Experience tracking and measuringcustomer and commercial outcomes
10. Exposure toplatform, data, legal or risk considerationsin proposition delivery
