About The Role
We are seeking a College Residential Support Worker for our Residential Team on a FLEXI BANK 0-hour contract. This role involves working with students who have complex health conditions and/or autism/ADHD. Communication is often behaviour-related, and positive behaviour support planning is fundamental to education.
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Driver preferred but not essential.

Our Residential Teams support students to live and learn at Beaumont College. Following a Pathway to Adulthood, residential students enjoy living alongside peers, applying their learning to daily life, and participating in a variety of activities such as gaming, crafting, discos, karaoke, and more. Some students may have complex health conditions or diagnoses such as autism. Training in positive behaviour support will underpin daily routines planning.
You will join a skilled team supporting students as they live away from home for the first time. The role involves working shifts in the mornings, evenings, and weekends.
