Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our family run business in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a customer focused Service Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department.
Maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and materials.
Deal with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Maximise customer satisfaction through the correct application of the manufacturer's warranty and goodwill procedures.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure that both Internal and manufacturers KPI's are achieved. What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of service department metrics and reporting.
Understand budget and accounts.
Previous management experience working with team. What you will receive in return:
