You bring experience delivering complex engineering, manufacturing or business change programmes, and enjoy working closely with clients to turn evolving ideas into practical, high‑impact solutions. You’re confident leading projects in fast‑moving environments, balancing time, cost and quality with strong attention to detail and sound financial and risk management. You’ll have a background in consultancy or client‑facing delivery, with solid experience in planning, budgeting and commercial management. You’re comfortable leading diverse, multi‑functional teams, building strong relationships, and providing clear, insightful reporting. Experience within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector would be a welcome bonus.
You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in project, programme or bid management, including leading complex, multi‑disciplinary teams
* Strong commercial and financial capability across budgeting, revenue recognition, margin improvement, risk and contract management
* The ability to shape effective solutions where requirements are still emerging

Requirements
* All roles will require a level of security clearance: BPSS, Security Clearance or Developed Vetting.
* You will be willing to travel to client sites once a week, to a Capgemini office once a week and the rest from home.
